The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amigurumi
I just got PlanetJune's new book, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amigurumi. I see this as a compleat reference to amigurumi-making: it's fantastic! You get all the basics and ins-and-outs of making an amigurumi plus much more, like how to make wigs, create amis with moveable joints, advanced assembly techniques and etc. Author June Gilbank explains things in plain English and there are plenty of photos and diagrams, also. I have made several of June's patterns, like the polar bear, below. Don't miss this book, and if you want to see more of June's wonderful patterns, go to her website!
